3-Day Return Policy:

  1. We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date (business days).

2. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.

Exclusions:

  1. Final sale items and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

2. Items purchased during promotional periods or clearance.

Return Process:

Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer service team at shop@sandrameynierkang.com to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization.

Prepare your Package: Securely pack the items along with the original packaging and include all your customer’s informations inside the package.

Ship your Return: Send the package via a traceable and insured shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

3. the customer is entitled to pay for sending + return shipping fees.

Exchange Policy:

  1. Unfortunately we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item and place a new order for the desired item separately.

2. For national orders (KOREA) please contact the customer service by kakaochannel (SMK) or by email (shop@sandrameynierkang.com) and we will care your request.

3. Please note that the customer will be in charge of both shipping fees for item coming back and shipped again in a new size.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged/defective product).
