Can i return several items?
Yes, you can return multiple items. Please note that each returned item will earn one 20% discount coupon, which can only be used on a single new item.
How do I ship my old items?
Please contact SMK before shipping your item. You can send it to the address below:

How long is the coupon valid for?
The coupon is valid for one year from the date it is received and can only be used on items that are not already discounted.
Can the coupon be used both online and in-store?
Yes, you can use the coupon both online and offline.
It will be sent to you digitally via email.
If you visit the showroom, please mention your coupon to SMK.
Please note that the coupon is only valid at the SMK showroom and not at pop-up stores.
