The shipment notice should be counted under “working-days”.
In case of an order composing several products with different shipping schedules; the shipping date should be calculated with the latest order contracted.
In case of delay in the shipping notice; an email will be send to the customer and a new shipping date will be proposed.
If the delay occurs more than 10 days; the customer will have the possibility to cancel his order by contacting SMK customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org. The price paid by the customer for his order and shipping fee will be refund back on the paypal account that was used to purchase the items.
If the product has been received after the supposed reception date and annulation notice from SMK customer service; the shipping return fees will be at the customer charge.
Local customers (Korea) have the right of retraction and should notice SMK customer service and return the item under 24 hours from the day of the item’s reception. The customer can chose between exchanging the item or refunding back the payment used for this item.
If the parcel gets broken or lost; the returned item cannot be exchanged or refund back.
Returns and refunds will not be allowed on orders that receive promotion discounts.
We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed, and without the tag. The return tag must also be attached. Without the return tag we do not accept returns. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control.
The returns of items should be made under local fast shipping company that allows the parcel to arrive to SMK headquarters no later than 5 days after shipment and with a good security.
Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent.
Returns and refund are also not available for overseas orders.
