We are based in Seoul, Korea and our prices are available in both US dollars (USD) and Korean Won (KRW).

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please immediately inform us through email (business@sandrameynierkang.com) / DM (@sandrameynierkang) / Text Message (01040626920).

Once you’ve received your order confirmation email you can check the status of your order in your accounts page.

Pending payment: We have received your order but are still waiting for your payment.
On hold: We have received your order and our stock has been adjusted and reduced but we are confirming your payment.
Payment received: We have confirmed your payment.
Processing: We have shipped your order.
Completed: Your order has been treated.
Canceled: Your order has been canceled.
Refunded: We have refunded your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you may track your order by clicking on Order Tracking at the bottom of the website under the Store tab.

All items that have been reduced in price cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to us before placing your order.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within Korea.

We offer free international shipping on orders over $250 USD. A country-specific shipping fee will be applied at checkout on orders less than $250 USD.

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from Seoul. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5 business days of its ship date if you are located within Korea.

We do not ship on the weekend or Korean holidays.

For international shipping we offer EMS Express which takes 2-5 business days depending on customs. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

For online orders within Korea, we only accept stuff in new condition, unworn and with original tags attached. The items should be returned within 7 business days for a full refund. The return shipping fee is to be paid by the customer as well as 3000₩ for the shipping fee we used to send to the customer initially.

In case of returns made due to products being damaged or the wrong products received, please inform us through email (business@sandrameynierkang.com) / DM (@sandrameynierkang) / Text Message (01040626920). Please send us through your choice of courier by cash on delivery.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

For international online orders, all items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s). We only accept stuff in new condition, unworn and with original tags attached. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our end and then 1-2 business days for us to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when we have processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
