How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping for ground shipping within Korea(Jeju and some other areas might have additional fee), International shipping cost varies by country and will calculated in Korean Won(KRW) at checkout.

What are the shipping details for orders within Korea?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from Seoul.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 4 to 7 business days of its ship date if you are located within Korea.

We do not ship on the weekend or Korean holidays.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping via EMS Express or KPACKET. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on customs.

Please note that shipping times may vary, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

If the link does not work or if you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact us atshop@sandrameynierkang.com.

Can I make an exchange?

To exchange an item (excluding sale items), please return the original item(s) in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached.

Exchanges must be requested within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Please note that the return and new shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If you need to exchange a product due to damage or receiving the wrong item, please contact us via email at shop@sandrameynierkang.com. For these cases, return the item through your chosen courier with cash on delivery, and we will promptly send you the correct product.

Please mind that sales or items with discounter prices are not eligible for exchange.

Can I get a refund for my item?

Yes, we can process a refund if you notify us within 3 business days of receiving your item. 

Please return the original item(s) in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached.

The shipping fees for both the initial delivery and the return are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for refunds.
